Padded shotgun scabbard is designed for shoulder carry or modular mounting. 14 rows of PALS webbing wrapping around both sides and the back and four detachable MOLLE compatible attachment straps allow for ambidextrous usage and attachment to any MOLLE compatible vest, harness, carrier or bag. Four D-rings allow the adjustable strap to be attached for over the shoulder or across the chest carry to meet your specific tactical needs. Additional features include bottom grommets for drainage and a removable 1 inch retention strap with a side release buckle. Fits most standard tactical shotguns.

Measures 29” x 6” x 2”.

Bought this scabbard for my Stoeger Condor Outback O/U 20" 12 GA and it fits it like a glove. Was perfect for the camping trip I went on w/ my girlfriend. Easy to carry and easy access to the gun. Wearing it across your back, you can deploy the shotgun in a couple of seconds. I missed the sale price on it by a couple of days and was really bummed about that until it arrived. Very high quality and super fast delivery. I highly reccomend this product.

I bought this a while back for pistol grip 18.5 inch mossberg; but my 8 round twenty inch seems to be made for this. It is a perfect way to carry the full-stocked version model 500. w/out any lights, accessories, it fits perfectly. Leaves hands free for other weapons.

awesome awesome gear, it fits my mosseberg 500 w/ side saddle perfectly and since it has the short barrel easy to draw while attached to a plate carrier/ IOTV. Just wish they made a shorter scabbard my 500 leaves about a half a foot of un-used space had to cut it down but is even better now!!! and the only one i can find on the net! thanks CTD!

Item is well made, BUT, VERY tight fit for a shotgun. If you have sidesaddle or attachment for tac light-forget it. I cut mine down the spine, removed the padding and left the plastic shell. Took it to seamstress to have sowed back up again. Even at that, its a snug fit..They should have made this with a little more material. As is, you cannot draw the shotgun when it is slung over your back. You would have to take the entire thing off to remove the shotgun. Removing the padding makes it easier. I am sure manufacturer had their reason for its design, but for real world use, it needs alterations.

My Mossberg 500 8 Shot 20" with under barrel light fits perfectly in this Scabbard. The fit is snug but not too tight. It's very well constructed and should last me a lifetime. I used to fumble with a locked hard case, but no more. The grip is exposed just right, allowing for a quick and smooth deployment.
