I'm a pretty small guy: 5'10" 165#, and with EVERY strap on this vest pulled tight, it barely fits me. So it seems like it's got quite a bit of fitting versatility. There is absolutely NO MOLLE on the front of the vest, so what you see is what you get there. No customization up front. But the entire back of the vest is MOLLE, so you can go wild. The padded shoulders give the rubber butt of my Magpul MOE stock a lot of grab, which seems great. Overall the vest is awesome. Just lacks the MOLLE up front.

Fits very well and can be adjusted for a wide range of people. Plenty of room for mags I can fit 10 M4 mags no problem. Only complaint is I wish it had more MOLLE on front-chest area. Entire back is MOLLE which is pretty sweet. I would use this for recon missions on deployment for sure. very breathable and not heavy, not restricting at all and fits my body armor underneath if I adjust rig.
