This surplus East German rope wheel was originally used for rope systems that were staked to the ground, but can be repurposed for any number of roles.

Includes a steel wheel rope pulley and lengths of rope totaling between 100 and 300 feet. Links are located along the rope length and stakes and springs are included to secure it to the ground.

The total package measures 11x5x12" and weighs around 7.5 pounds. Grade II Conditon.

5 bullets. Fits 100' of 12 gauge extension cord. Can be set on floor with flat stand or held with handle to make cranking it back up much nicer than cheap cord reels (100' of 12 cord weighs a lot). Drill a hole in the side for the plug if you want, but don't use it with the cord wound up for prolonged periods unless you like fires. Came with over 100' of braided rope with swivel snap hooks every 8' and a pile of stakes which is a bonus. This is used surplus so it came dirty, needing some oil, has a couple of dents but nothing that is major. If I don't drop it on concrete and mangle the sheet steel sides it should last me 30 years.
