I ordered this for my CETME, and boy let me tell you I got it in 3 days, it was easy to install, and it came with rail covers. All in all I'd say this thing is a sweet addition to anyone's G3, Cetme, or any other G3 clones. It does add a bit of weight however but lets face facts, If it was SUPER light it probably would be JUNK. ^_^

As noted by others, if you have an FA91 it will need some modification. In particular, removal of between 3/8 and 1/2 inch of material at the rear of the handguard and removal of the indexing notch for the original handguard located on the bottom of the barrel behind the front sight mount. A sharp hacksaw and a steady hand will take care of both easily. Once that work is done, it slips right on and snugs down nicely. I would definitely classify it as worth the work necessary.

I just received my hand guard and it went on my CETME in less time than it took to get it out of the package. Have no fear about installing it. It goes on with three easy screws that tighten nicely. It looks great, but it will add a bit or forearm weight to you weapon. Maybe it will help tame some of the recoil. LOL
