Replace the upper handguard on your M14 or M1A with this Tri-Rail Picatinny rail system. Rail locks solidly in position with six mounting screws and includes a 31-slot top rail, two removable 13-slot side rails, and 12 comfort grip rail guards. 18 vents cut into the aluminum rail allow for better cooling.

Precision machined to MIL-STD-1913 mil. spec. tolerances for enhances accuracy. Requires no gunsmithing to install. Will not fit National Match M1A rifles because the barrel diameter is too large.

Total weight, 19.2 ounces. Top rail measures 13", and each side rail extends 6". Imported.

I got this scope mount for my Federal Ordnance M14, and was immediately struck by the quality of its construction; it's very solid (I wish I could say the same for the crap scope I put on it... I'll be buying something of greater quality very soon). It was easy to install, though required a small amount of filing on the hole nearest to the receiver to get the screw to line up properly. It's rock steady, and holds on tight to the rifle. I recommend this mount to anyone with M14 or M1A!

Have a 1974 Federal Ordanence M14. A standard M14 scope mount won't fit cause the lock notch and bolt hole don't line up so i was kinda upset that i couldn't put a scope on the rifle. then i stumbled upon the Leapers UTG M14 Tri-rail!! Fits great on the rifle and is solid as a rock. Holds a zero perfectly, and doesn't add alot of weight to an already heavy rifle. Thank God For UTG!! Great Product, would definatly recommend it to anyone!

fits great on m1a scout keeps eotech red dot on zero. tried to put on m1a match but would not fit match grade barrel. scope would have sat to far forward anyway. not enough eye relief

When I bought this there were no posted reviews and it wasn't cheap. Turn out to be worth the risk. I didn't install the tri-rail part just the upper handguard. Pay attention to the size of those two barrel brackets. It says it in the instructions but be careful, it will save you time and frustration to get it right the first time. The extrension screw doesn't hard mount be carefule not to screw it in to far it will interfer with the bolt movement. The little rubber covers are somewhat hard to install in tight places but they protect the edges of the rails from cutting fingers and getting hung up on straps etc., IN general a very good buy.

I own a Springfield M1A Scout. I have tried in vain to mount a Millet DMS-1 scope on it. I have tried mounting it on the scout rail and from my 3rd generation scope mount purchased from Springfield. I could never get proper eye relief, cheek weld or a repeatable zero out of these mounts. This led me to search the web for alternatives. After seeing the cluster rail attached to the Socom II rifles I decided on something like that, A full length handguard with a rail. Springfields cluster rail is actually manufactured by VLTOR but due to an agreement with Springfield, only Springfield can sell it. I called them up and they wont ship it out unless it is installed by them. This means sending your complete rifle to them. The cost is (get some T P cause your gonna poop a little) $474 for the regular and $544 for the extended. Anyway, I read the reviews for the UTG rail and took a chance for $75 shipped. Cheaper Than Dirt should be called Fast as Lightning. My item was shipped same day and arrived a day earlier than expected. My friends and I have owned rails from Surefire, Yankee hill, Troy Industries and Vltor for AR-15 rifles. That being said, I assure you that this rail is top notch. It does compare in quality, It is machined, It is easy to install and is rock solid. I am thoroughly impressed and completely happy with this product. Buy it.
