USGI M1 carbine type III sling and oiler. The oiler is designed to hold the end of the carbine sling in the buttstock while the other end attaches to the barrel band. This replica is nearly identical to the original government issue sling and oiler. Sling overall length is adjustable between 22" and 37.5", 1" width. Oiler specs : overall length 2.30 " , 0.44" diameter.

The sling came to me in excellent condition and the oiler was nice. However, this would not fit on my Underwood. I'm giving it 2 bullets because it looks good but unfortunately does not work for me. It would appear I am not alone as these slings tend to be hit or miss.

I bought this for my A.O. Kahr M1 carbine. My sling is of excellent quality and the oiler came is perfect condition. It took me about three minutes to put it on. Everything went on perfectly!
