Well-made, no signs of wear. Had one malfunction in my new M1A, because I hadn't seated it properly, but it hung in place and fed three or four rounds without being fully locked in. Can't complain about that. Needs the bolt open to lock in place with 20 loaded - was told that's some old military standard. There's a tab on the follower that stops it going that last fraction down. I'm going to trim that slightly and see if that does it. I'm pleased with these, and my buddy likes them for his SOCOM.

Can only get 19 rounds in mag on closed bolt insertion, not a good thing, but OK with me since I only load 18 rounds per mag anyway. Even numbered rounds do rattle in all mags. This is a new "W" magazine not seen until recently. Welds seem OK, no FTF on ball ammo EXCEPT in ONE magazine out of 13 (so far). Marked and designated "range" mags only - I bought 13 of these. I would recommend that you save your money and buy the PMAG polymer mag or an SAI or CMI mag. You CANNOT bet your life on these mags.

After some extensive maintenance, and some lube, I managed to get these mags to seat in my M1A SOCOM Scout. I have had more than 10 misfeeds in 200 rounds. As a combat vet, I rate this as unacceptable.

Just got one from CTD. The quality is at least as good as the mags I have from the Springfield Armory. I plan to order lots more.
