These are extremely high quality magazines, made exactly like original Underwood 30 round magazines. They are marked with a "UU" on the back side, just like the originals.

These are the nicest, most accurate reproduction mags we have ever seen. Workmanship is superb, with a no tilt follower. Made in Korea.

This magazine, as well as original G.I. magazines, may not function in Universal carbines, due to differences in the magazine catches and dimensional differences.

If you are looking for a 100% authentic 30 rd magazine for your vintage USGI M1 Carbine, then this item is probably not for you. Genuine military surplus units are still available for 30 to 40 dollars each. If you are looking for an absolutely perfectly functional high capacity magazine for your commercially-built M1 shooter, then look no further. This is a fantastic product for the money. I will get more to go along with the one I ordered to try out. GET SOME.

I just purchased two 30 rd and one 15 rd mags and I'm very happy. Took only two days to get along with the ammo. The mags were new, wrapped well, and were blued, not painted as a previous reviewer stated. Not sure how that happened, but I'm glad on my end. Loaded them all up and waiting for shooting day. I will let you know how they did in action. That's why just 4 bullets right now.

These mags are not as described. They said exactly like USGI and thats far from true. They are painted and not blued like USGI. The paint wears right off. Fit and function is great BUT you can't say exactly when they are painted.
