I own 8 of these now and love them for the range. Yeah they're a little noisy, and the last round is hard to load. Once you put a couple hundred rounds through them they're fine. Some of them did have some wisps of plastic leftover from the molding which are easily managed with a sharp knife. One thing I just noticed is the mags are only notched on one side. Since I'm a righty it doesn't matter, but if you're a lefty, and you've swapped the mag release on your Gen4 Glock, these magazines will not work for you. That's the only reason I didn't give the product 5 stars. Great value.

I picked up four of these and here are my thoughts and opinions. A little stiff to load to capacity when new but so are most new high capacity magazines. They drop free from the pistol when loaded or empty and all four magazines locked the slide back when empty. I put 200 rounds through them today and had no malfunctions of any kind with any of the four magazines. If you want some very affordable magazines for range use or practice to save wear and tear on your factory magazines i would definitely recommend these. For the price, they are a great value.

I bought these G19 magazines because I like having a quantity of loaded magazines on hand for home defense. It's also nice to have extras when shooting at the range. These KCI magazines are OK for these purposes I suppose, but I am making sure that when I carry I am loaded up with factory Glock magazines. The KCI magazines are simply not the same quality. Glock factory magazines are much more consistently made and I am convinced through repetition that the Glock springs are much more superior than those used in the KCI's. With a little trimming and filing the KCI magazines work OK, but I am not betting my life on them if I find myself in the Red Zone.

I have 5 KCI model 19 and 5 factory. The KCI work fine for the most part, especially considering the price. However, I only use them for practice and for practical shooting fun competitions. I do not use the KCI for carry or for competitive practical shooting matches. I have in rare instances had a problem with rounds hanging up in the mag, but a simple slap takes care of that. But, that is the reason I would not use these mags for anything other than practice and fun shooting.

Gotta say that these magazines are a bargain. On the other hand they are hit and miss. One was fine and hiccups maybe once every time. But the mate it came with has issues so I ended up pitching it. The spring retainer would pop half off so I could only load about ten rounds in it other wise it would spill the contents through the bottom. Would I continue to build my collection with these? Probably not but they're a novelty I suppose.
