I bought 1 of the grip extender to try it out. This was very easy to install and makes the pistol grip extend far enough to add a finger to the grip. If you have a P3AT then you know how much this is needed! I am now buying 2 more fore my second Kel-Tec P3AT and spare clip.

As the previous poster said, this is indispensable for the .380. I went from only being able to have my full middle finger for control to my full middle and ring fingers for a tight grip. I too used a dremel to take off the last little bottom lip. This makes it a perfect fit for me and I would suggest this to anyone with a Kel-Tec P3AT.

This little 380 really jumps in your hand!!! The grip extension is the first accessory you must buy.Gives you much better control over followup shots especially when also using a Hogue Handall Jr grip.I've also just installed a 16 ld Wolff recoil spring to further reduce recoil for a better followup shot. Just got back from the range and man what a difference. Put em on my P3AT and it is night and day. The gun still jumps a bunch, but at least now it doesn't feel like its going to fly out of my hand. I have big hands and the gun was kind of hard to hold before. Now I can hold it w/ my middle and ring finger and my little finger fits good under the grip. Five rounds for price, easy change out and better control.

For the P32 - You can get by without this, but getting a third finger around the grip - well, you can really tell the difference. The tradeoff is it's a little less of a pocket pistol. But I do like it on the P32 - I have two mags with it / two without, and go with the whim of the day which way I go. For the P3AT - this is where I definitely give it 5 bullets. I won't shoot or carry my P3AT without this extension. The difference is noticable and the extra control really helps with accuracy. If your fingers aren't too large, you can "Dremel" off some of the extension to take off what you don't need. I've taken off that last protrusion at the bottom groove of one of my extensions - I still get the third finger wrapped firmly and it makes for less of a hook to catch your pocket. I'm considering modifying the rest of my mags...
