Original German Kevlar combat helmet complete with leather suspension system, sweat band, and chin strap. Designed to cover your head and ears to prevent head injury during combat. These are used in Grade II Condition, size Large.

All Military surplus products are used, the condition of the products varies, and the quantities may be limited.
Surplus condition scale:
Grade I - Used in like new to excellent condition.
Grade II - Used in good condition, may show minor use.
Grade III - Used in fair condition, will show normal wear and tear from daily use.

Very good, near mint condition. Took maybe 20 minutes to dial in the chin adjustments. Great addition to the flack jackets that CTD had a few months back.

I was expecting to get exactly what was shown in the picture, a grade II helmet. To my surprise, I received what can only be described as a Grade I, brand new helmet. Showed absolutely 0 signs of wear or tear, and is one THICK helmet. Definitely going to offer some serious protection. Makes the steel helmets look sort of...flimsy.

I got 2 of these, expecting them to look much like the picture shown (dinged up and well used). I sure was surprised when I pulled the plastic wrap off and I had 2 brand new helmets that looked like they had never been worn! Comfortable to wear, easy to adjust, and in great condition!

The helmet is great except for one important detail - the chin strap I received has the button/snap on the right side of my chin. It is right in the way, preventing a cheek weld since I'm a right handed shooter. I'm not sure if I can even swap it out.

I have to be honest, I was on the fence about buying this - what's the chance I'll actually need it? But then the 2011 riots broke out in London and my buddy lived right in the middle of it. And there was a hurricane that hit us up in the Northeast. So I ordered it. The next day we had the earthquake in DC which shook all the way through here. So yeah, you never know when you just might wish you had this! Quality was great, no signs of wear or tear.
