5.0 Rating Great home defense weapon - 3/3/2013IAC Hawk Pump Shotgun 9815.0000

First let me say that I hate to order anything that I have never held or seen in person, with that said I did research this shotgun alot before ordering and could not find any negative reviews, so I took a chance and ordered it and I couldn't be more happy! If you want a great shotgun to set up for home defense this is it, why pay $500+ and then spend the cash to dress up a weapon that is for home defense only, when you can have a quality home defense, with extras, for $300-$450 depending on extras! You can't go wrong with this purchase!
5.0 Rating NOT BAD AT ALL!!!! - 3/3/2013IAC Hawk Pump Shotgun 9815.0000

Nice high quality at an affordable price. All the after market items for the rem. 870 fit this gun too including side saddles, forward grips, folding stocks etc. I love it..
5.0 Rating Great Deal - 2/28/2013IAC Hawk Pump Shotgun 9815.0000

Great value. Mine was at my ffl dealer in about 4 days. It is a little heavier than my 870, but that is not a huge problem, and actually helps with recoil. It came pretty greasy, and the action was a little gritty because of that, but with a little wiping down and with some time it works fine. You are getting 870 value for about half the cost. Its a great deal!
5.0 Rating Value Home Defense - 2/28/2013IAC Hawk Pump Shotgun 9815.0000

Just got it from my FFL dealer today. Nice packing and quality gun. Fired 25 shells through it right off the bat, not a single jam. Highly recommend as a value home defense.
5.0 Rating Great budget gun - 2/28/2013IAC Hawk Pump Shotgun 9815.0000

I bought this because of some of the other reviews I've read vouching for its quality. It's a good home defense shotgun I would recommend to anyone just getting started with firearms or working on a budget. Hands down, the 12 gauge is one of the best guns you can ever own, especially for home defense. Little training or maintenance is necessary, almost anyone can use it, and it gets the job done. You can set yourself up with a good package (cleaning kit, ammo, buttstock ammo holder, flashlight holder, lock) for about $250. I haven't put many rounds through it yet, but it hasn't had any problems with the ammo I've fed it. No FTF or FTE. The cylinder bore means keep it inside of 50yds, but in a home defense situation you're going to be shooting across the room so it doesn't matter. If you want more versatility, I would recommend getting something either with a longer barrel, interchangeable barrels, or interchangeable chokes. But for what this gun is meant to be, it's hard to find a better deal. One difference I have noticed from other reviews, however, is that there are plastic parts on this shotgun. I had read that everything on this shotgun was steel, but the trigger guard is plastic, like many domestically made shotguns. Not a problem, but it was the one discrepancy I found between reviews and reality.
