5.0 Rating First Impressions GREAT - not fired yet - 10/15/2013
Reviewer: tom03431
My FFL was really impressed when he unpacked my TP-9 kit - even before considering the price. This 9mm gun is well made, being a single and double is great, gives the option of how to fire. It just "looks right" too -- nice balance, nice slide operation. Trigger pull (not too many, dry) felt smooth and consistent; gun finish is great. Two mags, very well-made holster pieces included, a few important supplies, and it looks and fits my hand really great. I have larger hands, it has a nice fit. Extra backstrap included. Nice clear and adjustable rear sights. Will fire without mag installed, which can be helpful. My first thought was that the bottom half (grip) felt a little light, but I also tend to like a slightly heavier slide to take some of the recoil - so I'll have to let you know on that after break-in. Same day, I also received my mixed CTD order of 9mm ammo at home, I figured I'd run a few different brands through and see what works best. Lawman, TulAmmo, Brown Bear and Blazer. Faster shipping on this repeat order from CTD, very pleased, on gun to FFL, and ammo direct to me. I guess it will come down to the performance, but we did a little minor disassembly (slide) and it all looks really, really well made. My only complaint might be that the grip feels a bit too plastic-y, but that will only prove out with some handling. Definitely recommended, from what I see so far. Get it!

5.0 Rating Century Arms TP-9 Semi Auto Handgun 9mm - 10/23/2013
Reviewer: Defend Freedom
For the money you cant beat this gun. It has features that guns selling for double do not have. I shot the pistol last week and it performed as well as my Sig P226. The extras that come with this pistol make it a great value. I have reccomended to my friends who need an extra 9mm or those who are looking to make their first handgun purchase.

5.0 Rating Awesome gun and kit! - 10/26/2013
Reviewer: Jonathan
For the money you can't beat this gun and kit! I would highly recommend this for any person whether it be security or personal use. The only thing most people might find not too great is the trigger pull weight but that of course is easily adjustable. As always I would recommend to have a reputable gunsmith do it though. The holster itself usually sells for $50.00 in stores. 2 high capacity mags, interchangeable grips, literally everything you need. This gun never jams and has given me no problems. I would recommend this gun to anybody. The shipping was supposed to take up to 2 weeks but was at my FFL dealer in a day and a half! Amazing fast shipping!

5.0 Rating Amazing Service - 10/30/2013
Reviewer: J
Unbelievable service on behalf of CTD. I ordered at 8 am and the gun by 4 pm the following day. I was expecting to wait over a week. The firearm itself seems to be excellent quality. I have not shot it yet but I could not wait to rave about the service. Based on what I have read and seen on the internet it should be a great pistol. The quality of this gun and the accessories it comes with is worth every shiny penny of $275. If you are on the fence you should buy it now, once the word gets out about these you'll never see this price for one again.

1.0 Rating CTD 5 stars CAI TP9 1 star - 10/31/2013
Reviewer: JB
Ctd had this gun to me by literally the day after I ordered it, 5 stars. The gun shot well enough but it broke after 200 rounds. The double action mode broke. In double action, if I push the trigger to the left side of the gun, it pulls the striker back and fires. If I pull the trigger to the right or even in the center, whatever pulls the striker back is slipping off shortly into the trigger pull. I am hoping that CAI makes good with the warranty, or I will be one very very unhappy camper.
