Factory threaded SIG Mosquito .22 LR pistols need Tactical Innovations Inc. thread adapter if you want to mount any 1/2x28 TPI threaded accessories such as a SUPPRESSOR, a FLASH HIDER from an AR15 or one of Tactical Innovations Inc.'s UNRESTRICTED FAKE SUPPRESSORS This thread adapter easily replaces the factory barrel nut and is installed with only a standard open end 9/16 wrench.

Tactical Innovations Inc. manufacture literally 1000's of SIG Mosquito Thread adapters for other firearm manufacturers. The SIG Mosquito Thread Adapters are CNC manufactured to precision tolerances from solid steel rod (NOT aluminum) in one CNC lathe operation to ensure exact thread alignment and are hot salt blued to match your pistol. Each retail packaged adapter assembly consists of one adapter and one knurled OD thread protector.

This product fit great on my handgun. Although it is necessary to remove this part for cleaning, this is now the most difficult part if disassembling and cleaning of my firearm.
