Sturdy, 13" hardwood handle was cut vertically for added strength and the the head is attached with a steel rod that goes through the handle for added strength.

Sharp, machine grade steel head boasts a 3.25" sharpened edge, and a flat backside to use as a hammer or log splitter. Large enough to do serious work, but small enough to carry in a vehicle or leave in the survival kit.

The design allows for perfect balance, making this ideal for chopping, splitting, and throwing.

Just picked one up and I love it. Very durable and highly affordable. This will make a great small camp hatchet. My only question: Is it Swedish or Swiss?? I found some other locations online that list it as Swiss. I don't really care where it's from as it's a wonderful item
