Ok, we have bought a zillion of these things over the past few years...we do a lot of cleaning in a gun related business. For the private individual, a package of these will probably last you, your entire lifetime. They are just like the military issue brushes in the M16 cleaning kits, just only about half the quality of the military ones. Great for the price though still!

Thank goodness you get 10 brushes per pack because these brushes do not hold up well. The brush bristles are weak and easily fray after a few uses. In particular, the bristles on the small end of the brush are too flimsy. However, I trim these down before use, the shorter bristles are stiffer. I still buy and would recommend this product to others.
