Item: CAMP-360

Just Water For You Mini Ceramic Filter Water Bottle filters just like the countertop models, but small enough for your cup holder or backpack. Finally, a water bottle that thoroughly filters water for under $20 bucks! The small ceramic filter encompasses an activated charcoal core allowing for extreme filtration of even the most questionable water supply. Why just carry bottled water when you can simply refill the Just Water bottle up to 200 times? The Just Water filter bottle actually pays for itself over and over before a replacement filter is needed. For replacement filters, see item: CAMP-357. Bottle Features: The Just Water for You Filter Bottle is molded in blue plastic to signify it is for water use only. 3.0 Rating Also good but, ... - 10/26/2011

As stated, bite valve does not spill or leak BUT it does leak around the cap, so don't try to squeeze the bottle or you will get wet. Do not expect to drink from this easily when you are really thirsty, you would really have to suck, and suck hard to get some water, at a rate of about a tablespoon for each suck. Preliminary test prove that it does filter out the taste from out faucet water. Next I may test our Koi pond water. Great bottle for $19.97 but may be too expensive from other sellers.

5.0 Rating Safe water in Haiti - 11/10/2011
Reviewer: Philterme
I was in Haiti recently and had the opportunity to use the BugOut Travel Bottle by Just water. I was in an area where the water contained bacteria and the area also had contained cholera. I used water that even the Haitians would not drink unless they didn’t have anything else to drink. I did not suffer any ill effects then or later. This bottle is good to use when the water quality is in doubt and you need safe drinking water. Great for traveling in foreign countries or in disaster situations. Be sure to really tighten the lid.

3.0 Rating Nice but dainty - 6/8/2012
Reviewer: SoCo Gal
I bought a couple of these to put in the Jeep when we go back country. They're a great idea, but they are not heavy duty. We took them on a four hour ATV ride and the end of the ceramic filter broke off from the vibration and bumps. This was while riding on groomed trails! So, they are good if you are going hiking or driving on the highway in your SUV cup holder, but not anywhere they might get bumped or where they might roll around a little. As someone else mentioned, they are really hard to drink from because you have to really bite down and try to drink at the same time. To be fair, we only drank from them a couple of times before the filter broke off, so I am sure once the filter starts to be used a little, drinking might be easier. If you want quick and fast, order one of the filter "straws" offered here on CTD, or if you need larger scale filtration but not a huge system, order one of CTD's ceramic filters used with the two bucket system.

4.0 Rating best filter bottle for under $30 - 12/12/2012
Reviewer: patrick
Got this in last week and it's been great so far. As stated with a previous review, it is a little hard to get the water out of the bite valve. I'd still prefer that to swallowing the particles it filters out. Has filtered the nastiest water I could find.

5.0 Rating Very Good, Fragile Filter - 1/3/2013
Reviewer: GA
One of the best water filters on the planet for the price. Fragile, fragile filter but don't let that scare you. I took a sock and wrapped around the filter in the bottle when not in use. This seems to keep the filter from breaking. This ceramic filter is the same type used in many gravity filtration systems which have extremely long filter life. The way the filter is made, you could probably boil your water and filter it through this indefinitely.
