Made by "MIL-TEC Plus." It's 1" tubular webbing that allows bungee/shock cord segments to be placed inside for making single point slings. Or, just as strong 1" webbing for ANY 1" webbing application. OD color is good, accurate length and width and neatly packaged. Made in China, though.
