I have just started this book and the tips are helpful for a beginner. I've been able to learn a good bit and the tips are quite helpful for planning.

I bought this book expecting a little more indepth coverage of most of the topics. A good book for the beginner but not for anyone with experience in the field. If you are just starting out, buy it as a starting point. If you already have a good plan and supplies, you can skip this book.
