Bought some of these. Trying to open one after storing and plastic above the ziploc tore along the ziploc. They are not as strong as a freezer storage bag.

Heavy duty. I suggest using a sock or something soft to keep points from poking through. I can't say anything for long term, as I just got them. Got them quickly.
