Flip rear sight features a rugged but lightweight design with a steel base, a quick release thumb screw, and aluminum stem. Locks in the deployed position with ease and takes up very little space on the upper receiver. When folded, it only measures .840" from the highest point down to the top of the upper receiver. It has .50 MOA windage adjustments and comes with standard dual peep apertures. Mounts to any picatinny rail. Designed to co-witness with standard M16 and M4 front sights and all other flip front sights. Made in the U.S.A. with a warranty from Yankee Hill Machine.

Perfect BUIS for my ACOG setup. Solid construction, low profile when folded. Make sure to use anti-shock LocTite on bolt and torque it down and you'll have no problems.

This is a great sight for an AR platform. It folds down nicely and is solid in its movements. It will allow for most expansions pertaining to magnifiers. I already spent too much on my EOTech, so I went with a great UTG 3x magnifier from a local gun shop. This UTG was an amazing compliment to the EOTech as UTG has now risen to mil-specs in most cases. I previously bought another Chinese-made 3x that I could not use, due to its cradle rock. This Yankee Hill sight is a great fall back iron when the upper is geared for optics. I would purchase it again without question.

Good sight, but make sure you crank that screw as tight as you can, or it might come loose.

Bought this rear sight to use in conjunction with the Yankee front flip up sight, Item # ARR-9584. Mounted on a SW MP-15 with a factory railed gas block and they line up perfect. Have stayed zeroed after 300 rounds.

I put this on my DS AR-15, and they really good back up sights. I shoot better with this iron sight than with my cheap red dot scope. It hasn't come loose like others have stated, and the tightening screw is nice and big. I cranked it down real tight, and put a few drops of blue threadlock. ROCK SOLID and CTD as always has super fast shipping.
