I bought this in an attempt to co-witness my back up sights with my Sightmark reflex sight. Takes the reflex up too high, but does get it out quite a bit farther, which helped a lot in opening up my field of view. Very well made and it can take some abuse. Since the Ultrashot has a QD mount, I'm leaving the rail on. Only other issue is removing the hand guards require removing the rail if you have it out over them.

This was exactly what I needed. I needed to extend the lower rail on my Saiga 12 a little bit, so I could move the vertical foregrip closer (because I'm too short). This allowed me to move it about 1.5" closer and it sits flush on top of the grip behind the rail, so it looks great, too. Also, nice strong construction.

Good product, as is most everything made by YHM Inc. Solidly made, screws thread and do not slip. Only reason I gave it 4 is beware of the height of your heat shield (AR users and the like). Yankee Hill's website has a great close-up pic of it, showing it flawlessly clearing the fore end. However, my Stag Arms rifle was about 1/16" too high, so it fits VERY tightly. Other than that a quality part-and Cheaper than Dirt did an excellent job as well!

Need to co-witness a low profile dot, this has the height you need. And works great to put your scope in the right area for proper eye engagement. It don't get much better than this.
