Years of research by high-speed low-drag tactical operators went into the creation of the Angled Foregrip (AFG) from Magpul. The AFG1 takes into account natural body mechanics and creates an incredibly stable shooting platform that allows precise weapon control while at the same time reducing shooter fatigue. Recoil is controlled by placing the shooter's hand high up on the centerline of the bore instead of far below as on a conventional pistol grip. With the AFG1 you'll have faster and more accurate follow up shots.

Polymer three-piece design with an interchangeable finger shelf that allows for a flat "A1-style" surface or an "A2-style" finger nub
Mounts to MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny and NATO STANAG 4694 rails (min. of ~4" recommended)

Typical Magpul quality. Great product. You will either love this configuration or hate it. For me, it really is comfortable and has steadied my hold on the target. Installation took literally less than a minute.

I bought this to try it out and it let me down. I heard great things from those that own them, but no matter what, it just does not feel comfortable to me. It does make my extra AR look kind of cool, so I will keep it on there for now.

I put one of these on my 6.8 spc for hunting. I really feel that it doesn't have enough of an angle to get that true pull that you feel from a grip. I ended up taking it off and putting it on my dedicated 22 upper for plinking and "wow" factor.
