Designed for light, fast action the streamlined CTR (Compact/Type Restricted) stock's A-frame design is snag free and shields the release latch to prevent accidental activation. The extra power lock mechanism uses a premium chrome-silicon spring to avert auto-collapse failure and maintains strength by resisting spring relaxation. The CTR features a supplemental friction lock system that minimizes wobble (friction lock performance may vary depending on the receiver extension's dimensional tolerances) giving you a stable foundation for enhanced weapon accuracy. The Mil-Spec Model includes a standard 0.30" rubber butt-pad for positive shoulder purchase even when wearing body armor or modular gear. Designed for use with a mil-spec buffer tube (not included). Made in U.S.A.

The CTR stock truly eliminates wobble. It is also quite comfortable. For my needs however, I may need a cheek riser to make it fit 100% to my cheek. Other than that, it is another great Magpul product as usual.
