Based off of the AR-15/M16 front sight, the Magpul MBUS front flip up sight is a durable color-injection molded folding back up sight. It conveniently folds down and locks into place but flips up with just a press of the button. Elevation adjustable, quickly mounts to any mil-spec 1913 Picatinny rail.

Pair it up with our Magpul MBUS Front Flip Up Sight (ARR-850).

NOTE: Cannot be mounted to a railed gas block due to excess heat issues. Front MBUS must be mounted to a railed fore end on the same plane as the receiver rail.

Great BUS. Only problem I have is the material is a little too soft to make it a true battle sight. It knicks and dings fairly easy, but it mounts simple and comes with adjustment tool. Great buy.

The front post is super wide. It makes aiming a bit tricky but I was able to get used to it. I was shooting at 50 and 100 yards. 50 yards is fine but I definitly wouldn't use these sights for anything beyond 100. As a cheap back up they do their job. Fine for plinking but if you're target shooting it will take some work to hit that bullseye each time.
