Midwest Industries heavy duty quick detach front sling adapter. Constructed of 6061 aluminum, hard coat anodized to provide a lifetime of service. Simply slide on your picatinny rail and tighten the screw to securely hold up to a 1 1/4" sling on the forearm.

Great little mount. I love it, but it has a built in anti-rotation feature on it. It only allows it to pivot 20 degrees in either direction. Just a little side note, if that's something you don't want it.
