As stated in another review, the tool does not fit correctly over the post. However, spending 10 seconds with a pair of pliers straightened out the pins on the tool and it does the job fine. For this price you get the detent, spring, post, and the tool. It's a win in my book.

I ended up using a small screw driver instead. This tool is flimsy, doesn’t fit correctly over the sight pin, etc. Now I cant figure out what to do with it…hum maybe a real small target for my next shooting session.
