Wanted to upgrade my Bushmaster Patrolman A2 to a flat top receiver. The DPMS married up perfectly with the Bushmaster lower and the finish looks great. Exactly what I was looking for. Rifle looks beautiful with all OD green Magpul furniture, sights, and add ons, as well as with my Mark III scope by NC Star. Arrived at doorstep in 4 days. CTD did another great job.

I bought this complete DPMS upper because it was a great deal, it had everything I was looking for, and I was already considering buying a DPMS lower assembly!!! Needless to say, this upper fits great; it's nice & heavy (meaning solid manufacturing)...it came lubed and because it's not a top of the line brand ppl think it's not good, but its great...so far no jams, no malfunctions, upper works flawlessly...if this price stays the same I'm gonna by another, did I mention it got to my house in 2days CDT's shipping is amazing...the only reason I didn't give it 5 bullets is because nothing is perfect and it's not a chrome blot assembly and lined barrel...other than that no regrets...it’s a MUST BUY if you’re on a smaller budget !!! Ordered this, got it in three days. Married it to a Plum Crazy Lower. 10 round group at 100 M could be covered with a quarter. Local gun dealer said it was hard to get AR anything. Apparently they haven't looked here.

I put this on top of my DPMS 6.8 SPC frame. I now the best of both worlds for AR shooting deer and jackrabbit. But, I will not be giving up my bolt action any time soon.

Upper came very fast and in perfect condition. Mounted to my DPMS lower in a matter of seconds with no play, wobble, or noise. The Glacier Guards are very comfortable in the hand. Just a great upper at a great price, and I'd highly recommend this to anyone who is building an AR-15 and wants an M4 type upper.

I purchased this for my first AR build and its worked perfectly. I mounted it to an ATI lower receiver and the fit is great. Gets 5 bullets from me...no complaints here.

This is a pre-ban upper which has a bayonet lug, and a threaded barrel to accept a screw on suppressor. Mine came with a couple of blemishes on the roll pins that hold the front sight/gas block to the barrel, but this is probably normal. It fit my DPMS lower perfectly without having to force the pins, and without any play. It has had 25 rounds fired through it so far (cleaning the barrel between each round as recommended by Panther Arms) without a hitch. I'm very happy with this purchase and rated it 5 bullets!

Seems to be a well built upper. Took it out the other day put 90 rds down it. I just wish it had a chrome lined barrel. I would of paid a little more if it did.

After seeing the listed price on CTD, I just had to buy this upper. I initially bought this upper as a spare. It fit snug on my LMT lower. After a free float quad rail and a trigger job, this upper produced sub-moa groups @ 100yds. The price couldn't be matched and the performance of the upper surpassed my expectations.

CTD ran a sale and I bought a second DPMS upper for my second AR project. They shipped no signature required this time. Fit perfectly on the Olympic lower. Accuracy is plenty good. Recommend the UTG rear sight that CTD sell for this upper.

I put this upper on a DPMS Lower and it fit perfectly. After the recomended break in (as per DPMS; 20 rounds-cleaning completely every round-then 60 rounds cleaning completely every 5 rounds; this takes about 4-5 hrs.) I then benchrest tested it with a 6X scope and with various types of ammo. With TOP-of-the Line Quality 55gr. SP, it would consistently shoot 3/8" to 1/2" groups. With cheap (mil surplus or remanufactured ball), it would group 1.25" to 2.5" groups. Functioning was flawless. I would highly recomend this upper to anyone who wants to make a carbine AR.

This a upper for my first AR-15 assembly project. Comes complete with bolt and charging handle. Fit the Stag Arms lower perfectly. I have fired about 200 trouble free rounds thru it. The accuracy was good from the start and seems to be improving as more rounds are fired. CTD shipped it with signature required and that was a pain in the neck since we are in Idaho and not close to any town with a Fedex Ground station. It took about a week to finally connect with the Fedex driver.
