The INTRAFUSE AR-15 Handguard is designed to address the needs of every shooter - both civilian and tactical professionals. Constructed of high strength composite, this handguard is extremely durable and offers a 50% weight reduction over comparable aluminum systems. The four Picatinny rails enable the shooter to mount vertical grips, flashlights, and aiming lasers to their weapon. Designed as a true modular system, the INTRAFUSE includes covers for both the bottom and side rails so you can configure the weapon to suit your needs. Numerous vents provide plenty of circulation to reduce barrel overheating. Fits standard AR-15 and M4 carbine length gas systems only. DARK EARTH.

For the price, the purchase is worth it. It was a VERY tight fit but it did work. No rattling and not loose, which is a plus. It's also a bit bulky, but being a tough plastic, it's pretty light weight, which is a plus. Everything that mounts to any other rail in AR platform will fit, to include pistol grips, bipods, lights, and lasers. If you're just looking for a cheap rail that works, this won't set you back much.

Ordered this part on a Monday and it got to my house by noon Wednesday. REALLY fast shipping which is great for me because I couldn’t wait to put this on my M&P 15. It was a little tricky to get on (no tools and no one to help) but after about 5 minutes and some muscling it fit like a glove and looked great! Build quality is great, and my forward grip and surefire laser/light fit snug. Covers for rails are really easy to take on and off, and it gives the ar15 a more modernized look which I liked. Great product and best of all...AMERICAN MADE!

Bought this along with Tapco's vertical grip. Great, solid hand guard / quad rail. Installed easily and is a tight, perfect fit. No need to look any further if you are shopping for a new foregrip. You can spend more money, but you won't find a better unit! Solid deal from C.T.D.!

This forend by Tapco is incredible! With the bottom rail covered it feels amazing in your hands. It is light weight and very durable. There is definetly not a better choice on the market right now than this. The rail covers come off fast and easy. The fit is perfect too, it takes a little muscle and effort (and maybe a flat head screw driver too) but thats just how forends are. CTD is also quite amazing, there prices are great and they shipped it the same day and I got 5 days later (with the cheapest shipping option I might add). Just in case you were wondering, the color is the flat dark earth also found on Magpul products, 100% identical in fact. Dont think twice about buying this!

I purchased this handguard to replace the factory one because I wanted to use a fore grip and a flashlight. This one is no "cheapie". It is the real deal. As strong as the aluminum but light like plastic. Also it looks great and matches the color of my magpul stock perfectly. Do not hesitate when deciding on this one! The only reservation I had was when I first got it, it looked like it was way too large in overall diameter. But, with the railguards on my buddies alum. UTG, it was the same, but WAY lighter. I bought this handguard for my DPMS M4. No doubt the best handguard to buy. I bought 2 other aluminum handguards and didn't like the heavy weight. This is far lighter and better. Also love the look of Dark Earth on AR-15s. All the rail space I need. Tapco makes great products. Easy to install I did it in 3 min. Also bought matching grip, T6 stock, foregrip. Very happy with Tapco stuff and would buy instead of other heavy handguards.

Lots of rail space, even underneath. However if you dont have a need for all the fancy high-tech stuff, you will like the size and feel of this handguard with the rails covered. I hope TAPCO makes a full size one in the future.
