YHM upper receiver arrived in very good condition, no scratches, wear marks, nice smooth edges. My only issue, but a very small one, is that it doesn't mate with my Spike's Tactical Lower Receiver as perfectly as I would like. Again, this is a very minor issue, and the ergo accu wedge helps a great deal. All in all a fantastic product at a fantastic price point. Added bonus of CTD's fast shipping!

First I would like to say this is a quality product but fell short of my expectations for a couple of reasons. All minor problems that can be managed and overcome. First when I opened the package I had to reset the dust cover spring....minor annoyance. Second I call this a good/bad thing....it mounts flawlessly to my olympic arms 10 year old lower but the back hole for the rear tear down pin fits very tight which I will fix with a file and my day will go on. My third and final annoyance is the finish is not as nice as I thought it would be....so take what you want out of this and I'll finish with my final thought....this is still a quality part for the money and it's a great deal....I'll take it to the range and I'll smile as I pull the trigger....happy shooting.

Excellent Part. Other reviewers who say pin is out do not realize barrel nut blocks it in place. Circlip is designed that way. Also, finish is perfectly uniform when completely dry or lightly coated with oil or silicone. Variation is dry vsoiled parts from shipping protectant. Will buy again without hesitation. Also MADE IN USA!

I just got this item in the mail and it just looked terrible. For start the pin was hanging off it, I put it back it, but it easily came back out. The finish was spotted all over it with really dark spots n then light spots. Maybe I got a bad one out of the 1000's they sell. I returned it this item and purchased a Daniel's one for the extra $15.
