Installed thumb tight. Shot 300 rounds with a .22 conversion on AR-15 then placed the .223 bolt back in and fired another 150 rounds. Thumb screw was still tight and accuracy was acceptable. I would buy another one with out hesitation if I were building another rifle.

I put this on my Doublestar and within 3 shots I had a good zero at 50 yards. It's not loose and the dials haven't broken or gotten stuck, I recommend.

I bought this for my su-16ca to put on the flat top picatinny rail, and disaster ensued. The sight was too high to match the front sights for my rifle, but I was willing to let that go and buy a higher front sight. However, when I tried to click the wheel to adjust the elevation, it was stuck from some kind of glue. I grabbed a wrench and unloosened the elevation wheel, but the teeth on the side of the wheel broke and grinded off, showing how weak the material to make it was. To add insult to injury, the sight itself was floppy and did not stay fixed firm enough on my picatinny rail, no matter how hard I screwed it in. Kel-Tec Su-16 owners, avoid this disaster. It's probably only optimal for Ar-15's.

bought both front and rear sights as back-up sights for my DPMS lo-pro classic, excellent quality. i can pull the scope off, install these sights and hit targets out to 500 yards with no problems or need for a re-zero. excellent!

As a novice shooter, this was easy to install and site in on my DPMS AR-15. It holds it mark after 300 rounds at 75 meters.
