I inherited a sporterized Krag-Jorgensen with a 4x Bushnell scope and bought these rounds to fire out of it. Great performance, consistent and accurate, shot about 1" groups at 100 yards when fired from a rest. Also the recoil is very manageable, not like the 220 grain beasts I was given with it. One comment, the feed ramp does not like spitzer bullets on most krags, so the pointed lead tips often get smashed or broken up while feeding. I'm not a hunter, just a casual target shooter, so it doesn't bother me, but I imagine it may effect the way the rounds impact game.
