I have a DPMS SASS, and this ammo is great. Got a 3 round 1/4 inch group at 100 yards. Based on research, reviews, and personal results, if you own an AR-10, go with this ammo (and Hornady ammo in general). Federal GMM is good in bolt rifles, but was not able to get sub MOA groups in my SASS.

I shoot a Bushmaster 223 and a DPMS Panther AP4 in 308. I use Hornady almost exclusively. This week I shot two 3-shot groups with my 308 at 100 yds of less than 1/2" MOA. I use a 10X scope. Last week with my 223 I shot 16 times with a no-power Barska red dot sight. 8 of the 16 were in the 2" bulls-eye and the rest were just outside it. I can't imagine finding more accurate ammunition. And the prices is just unbelievably low when compared to comparable Winchester or Black Hills. Congratulations to Hornady.

I got this ammo when I got my Springfield M1A Supermatch. I was told by Springfield that they don't suggest this ammo for their rifles, they prefer I use match grade. I already had it, so I shot through it. At 200 yards I had a 20 round group ( that's what the clip holds and I was too lazy to walk down to the target after 3 shots) 2 inches across. Did this same grouping 3 times on 3 different days. Switched over to Fed Prem Match and still have not been able to duplicate the grouping. Its time to order ammo again, and I don't care what Springfield states. Only thing keeping me from getting this ammo is if its lethal enough at 400 plus yards for the occasional deer hunt......

Impossible to relate the accuracy of this ammo. My DPMS Panther LR-.308 AP4 had no problems with this ammo whatsoever. I have fired over 600-rds at ranges of 100yds to over 600yds; paper targets upto 300yds then used phone books with smiley faces @400, 500 & 600yds (In prone position). Paper accuracy sub-MOA @ 1/2" to 3/4" 5 rd groups (upto 300yds). Iron @400yds 500yds and 600yds is difficult for me as my eyesight sucks...but...still...wouldn't wanna be on the receiving end of this ammo even at 600+yds. Hit everything I aimed at. You should too. No reportable shavings (like I had with the Federal Gold Match ammo). No misfires or ejection issues either. Can't believe it is not a reload. A++

This ammo is beautiful i haven't tried it in an assault rifle yet but its the most accurate round i have ever fired from my bolt action rifles if u want your buck first shot u want this. I got 1.5 inch groups at 500 yards. ill post again after i put some through my M14.

My JLD PTR-91 is VERY picky about ammunition. Because of the blow-back action, many rounds will stove-pipe since they lack the powder to kick out the bullet. Usually you have to go up in grain, but not with these babies...you can have the same reliability and keep all the accuracy. Did I mention accuracy? These rounds are TACK DRIVERS. When I confirmed a zero, I did it in pairs, but I literally could not find the other bullet...come to find that they were both going in the same hole. If you want the best bullet for your buck, this is it!
