Put about 50 rounds of Winchester 230 FMJ through my Glock 21 and then broke out a box of this ammo. It was awesome! Allowed me to completely focus on grip and sight picture. If I was to get into competitive shooting, I'd probably go for a round like this.

This ammo has a bad rap I think . . . the top of the ammo is just the right shape for feeding into my STI 1911. Don't know why other folks have a problem.

This ammo is very accurate when you get it to feed but because it is wad cutter and has a flat face it has problems feeding up the ramped barrel, which can be frustrating. If your gun is clean or once you get the first round chambered this is still a very clean accurate round
