Guys, for this price you should get as much as you can afford. For what it's worth, the cases are either nickel or nickel-plated. I bought some for my various 9's. Haven't tried them in all of them but I'm sure this stuff works just fine. +P+ does seem to recoil a little harder but it shoots straighter than a laser beam out of my 4" XD9. For the price, you can shoot this stuff almost as cheap as some of the plinking ammo out there. Very happy with this ammo and CTD's lightning fast shipping.

I have a Ruger P-89DC 9mm with Hogue Grips and Meprolight sights on it for home defense. As hot as this ammo is, (and it is hot) the big Ruger feels like a Cadillac with this ammo, which is why I prefer 9mm. I can use this hard hitting +P+ ammo and still have rapid target reacquisition. This ammo is accurate, inexpensive, and by all reports highly effective. The price is low enough to allow me to practice with it once a month or so. I wish I could afford to buy a 1000 rounds at once.

This is reliable and powerfull ammo. Shoots better than great out of my Gen4 GLOCK 19. And the price. My FFL dealer has been looking for these rounds for months, and when I told him about these prices, he about pooped. Thank you CTD. Yet again your name is spot on.

Guys, I am not usually writing reviews on any products unless it is expectionally good and service was top notch! Tell you what, I ordered this ammo on friday 9/16 and was delivered 9/17 and 8am in the doorstep. Wow! and the quality of these rounds are new to none as these a LE rounds. Glad I made this choice and CTD -> You guys are the best. I will keep this in my mind for my every ammunition needs.

Ordered 2 boxes of Federal 9mm Luger (+P+) 115 grain jacketed hollow points item # 9BPLE for my S&W 5906 and my S&W SD9, both used for concealed carry and home protection. I like this ammo for both guns. I only own S&Ws. But most of all I like the service, ordered on-line Wednesday afternoon, 09-07-2011 & Fed-X delivered it at 10:00 AM on Saturday, 09-10-2011. I like this ammo for the heavier 5906, that I bought new in 1995, but the design of the newer model SD9 makes this ammo work well for me in both guns. It's hot stuff and the price is right so I will buy more!
