I purchased several boxes of this for my Ruger GP100 .357. It shoots straight and goes bang every time but wow is it smokey. I swear it looked like I was firing a blackpowder revolver. Huge clouds of smoke came out with every shot and it made the cylinder on my gun completely black. Plan on doing a lot of cleaning and coughing with this ammo.

I went to the range and went through a hundred of these rounds. They were flawless as far as reliability and accuracy goes. Clean your weapon after 50 rounds or you'll spend extra time trying to get the burnt powder off. For the price, you can't go wrong!

I bought some of this BVAC in several calibers along with the .38 Special. I have to say that you can't beat this ammo for the money. In some cases, almost 1/2 the price of the name brand ammo and it functions flawlessly. It is lead ammo but for the money one can't complain. If you complain about this ammo, I think you are picking natt crap out of pepper. That's how much this ammo is worth. The pros far outweight the con's. Try Bitteroot Valley Ammo and you'll be more than happy.

I bought a box to test because of the price. Ran it though my Rossi 351 revolver. No misfires at all. Accurate enough at self-defense ranges. Plenty of pop, and made in the USA! Bring a rag to wipe your weapon, though. The smokey residue lays on thick. I clean my guns after every trip to the range anyway. But found myself wiping the gun while waiting for the smoke to clear. Great value, though, if you don't mind the smoke. And CTD service was world-class FAST.
