Went to the range today with a couple of boxes of the Golden Saber in .357 Sig. Shot both a Glock 33 and a Smith and Wesson M&P. Ammunition functioned flawlessly in both, and the accuracy truly amazed me. I was able to get sub 1" groups from a rest and 1-2" groups shooting free style. I would highly recommend this ammunition for personal protection. I have shot Speer Gold Dots and Double Tap ammo as wel, and the Golden Saber is more accurate.

The ammunition is pretty standard as far as how Golden Sabers are packaged. This ammunition was Law Enforcement only for quite some time and there are only three bonded loads out for this caliber at the time. This one being the only brass jacketed one and the only one on par with the bonded Talon bullet from Winchester in this caliber. Combine that with the nickel-plated brass and primer seal that's standard on Golden Saber rounds and the standard velocity for the caliber and you have a very solid and reliable performer ready to penetrate barriers and heavy clothing for you reliably and still expand. The price is better than the Talons or Gold Dots and is equal or better than those rounds as far as construction and performance.

The ammo looked old the "gold" looked faded like copper. I have bought other GS ammo(.45) from CTD that looked perfect but these did not.
