Bought a brick and it cycled ok in a 10/22 rifle, but jammed and had feeding issues in 2 auto pistols. But, biggest concern, had one round rupture, the rim of the brass was half gone, stuck shooter in the face, beware, use with extreme care.
1.0 Rating Not so good - 3/24/2013.22 LR Armscor HP 36 Grain 500 Round Brick High Velocity1.0000

This ammo is dirty, jammed quite often in my S&W AR-22. Fired 150 rounds, 5-6 jams, 10 or more misfires. It cycled the gun most of the time, but was very inconstant.
3.0 Rating Meh...it's okay... - 2/26/2013.22 LR Armscor HP 36 Grain 500 Round Brick High Velocity3.0000

I have had several jams in my Walther P22 with this ammo, none with some other ammo I've used. I have also had a few rounds of this stuff actually blow the brass case apart. I use it in an H&R 999 revolver as well and prefer to stick to using it in that instead of the semi-auto.
5.0 Rating ZERO failures ! ! ! - 2/21/2013.22 LR Armscor HP 36 Grain 500 Round Brick High Velocity5.0000

Bought four bricks (2K rds), now wish I'd bought much more, zero failures in 1K+ rds. Yeah, it smokes a bit as said by others, but fires a LOT cleaner than Remington gold HPs, tho they're also zero fail in 1K+ rds. Mostly due to HK416D rifle, 'tack-driver' with bi-pod and red-dot at 100YDS.
5.0 Rating Great value - 2/5/2013.22 LR Armscor HP 36 Grain 500 Round Brick High Velocity5.0000

I read the reviews & despite some negative issues raised, I picked up 2000 partly because of the price, but mainly because they were the only 22lr's I could find anywhere. I ran a couple mags through my Ruger MKII, and about 400 rounds through my CMMG 22lr conversion kit'd AR. I used both CMMG gray and Black Dog smoke 28 round magazines. I did not have a single failure. Not one. Aside from CCI mini mags, I can't say I've ever had that great of luck with 22's. I will update after I shoot them through my 10/22 and Sig P229 22lr conversion.
5.0 Rating Just fine, ignore the REM hype - 1/29/2013.22 LR Armscor HP 36 Grain 500 Round Brick High Velocity5.0000

Got 2500 rounds of this, happy as can be. As far as jamming, folks, these are 22LR's - known for jamming. Whether you have a Walther P22 or any .22 for that matter, rifles and guns jam because the rounds are smaller. That being said, I had LESS jams with the AMSCOR than REM ammo. LESS! I would never use lead points in an AR style weapon or gun due to dirt and jamming, but my S&W M&P 22 worked just fine. I fired over 300 rounds without a single jam. NOTTA ONE! When these come back in stock you had better buy, because I am buying big.

I bought a Sig 522 only to find that it was next to impossible to get bulk .22 LR ammo (thank you, Obama). After a lot of online searching, I found this unknown to me ammo and decided to take a chance on 3000 rounds. Now that I've shot quite a few through my 522, I'm quite pleased with the purchase. No issues whatsoever, and a very consistent load. Much better than Remington Golden Bullet bulk. A little dirty, but still good for the money.

I received my Armscor .22 lr hollow points today. They shipped to me in three days. Had no problem with the accuracy and, although it may not be the cleanest ammo I've used, I still have had no problems. Good price for decent ammo.

If you want to practice malfunction drills, this is the ammo for you! Had multiple issues in my 10/22, not to mention the stuff shoots really smokey and dirty. The only good thing is that it's available. Other than that, be ready for some headaches!
4.0 Rating best bang for the buck - 1/14/2013.22 LR Armscor HP 36 Grain 500 Round Brick High Velocity4.0000

I normally buy Winchester 555 bulk packs but could not find any. I purchased 2000 of the 36 grain Armscor and couldn't be happier. My Marlin 795 loves it. It is just as reliable and accurate as the Winchester. Only had two failures to eject/cycle out of 250 rounds. Will definitely buy more.
4.0 Rating Works in my Sig Skeeter - 1/8/2013.22 LR Armscor HP 36 Grain 500 Round Brick High Velocity4.0000
Reviewer: Patrick
I bought this as a cheaper alternative to CCI for my Sig Mosquito. The Skeeter is notoriously picky so I was prepared to give up some reliability, but hoping it would not be a lot. So far, I am very happy. Only two failures to cycle out of 150 rounds gives me a chance to practice my misfire techniques! Also, it is as accurate as I am. I will definitely buy more of these rounds.

My advice to you is to buy the ammo now when they are still available and at the current price. I would highly recommend the Armscor .22 LR high velocity 36 grain hollow point bullets.

This is the absolute worst ammunition I have ever bought! I tried it in 3 autos (Ruger, Phoenix Arms, and S&W), and all of them had repeated jams, misfires, and one discharged without the chamber closed. I even tried them in 2 revolvers (Ruger and an H&K) and I could tell a huge difference between each round! One loud, the next half as loud, with each discharge in all guns spraying debris and heavy smoke. Every gun had black residue around the chamber after just a few rounds! DO NOT BUY THIS AMMO!!!!

This stuff only gets two bullets. Caused me to clean my 10/22. PROS: Cheap and each box has a target inside the box. CONS: Way too much smoke and 1 or 2 dead bullets per 100 rounds. Going to buy the BVAC this time.
4.0 Rating Good Stuff - 10/19/2010.22 LR Armscor HP 36 Grain 500 Round Brick High Velocity4.0000

I am very happy with this ammo. It runs great through my Kimber 1911 .22 conversion, where some other ammo doesn't run consistently. The HP's peel open water filled cans from the short barrel at about 20 yards. It is good hunting ammo for small game (assuming you hit them in the head), but I got somewhat inconsistent accuracy from an older rifle. I am not sure if it's the rifle or ammo. It is not as inexpensive as some of the other ammo out there, but definitely good stuff!

I fired 100 rounds at the local range in my S&W semi-auto. I had no problems with jams or misfires. I would buy again, but I got more smoke than with CCI.
4.0 Rating Doesn't jam an AR7 - 9/26/2010.22 LR Armscor HP 36 Grain 500 Round Brick High Velocity4.0000
Reviewer: Yanqui
I've always had problems with my AR7 jamming, and always understood it to just be that the weapon is unreliable. A friend of mine suggested I just try higher velocity ammo in it and see what happens. I got this and 500 rounds of .22 Long Rifle Aguila Sniper 60gr (AMM-057) to compare. Went up shooting with some friends. We went through box after box of these, maybe 250 or 300 rounds without a single jam. The next day we were low on these and tried out 60gr. *bang* jam... *bang bang* jam... click... *bang* jam... Out of the several hundred a couple were duds, but none jammed. Over all awesome ammo.
