Excellent fit and function for my Romanian AK variant. The stock slant brake worked fine, but this piece looks better in my opinion. Seated and pin locked all the way down. TIP: I would recommend a tiny drop of oil on the threads to aid in installation. Another quality U.S. made TAPCO product and another happy CTD customer.

Just went right on my WASR-10/63 without a hitch, and looks disco on my rifle. Much much larger than the AR type bayo, and will not fit with this but who cares.

I got two of these and put one of these on my Draco after cutting off the barrel nut. I put the other one on my M70 Yugo, and didn't like it as much, but it was still better than the slant brake. There are 3 notches cut in for the pin, so it you can get them pretty tight. No modifications necessary.

I gave this product a 4-Bullet Rating ONLY because the Pin cannot be put back in correctly. Overall it will work nicely on Romanian 'Draco pistols, Mak-90's ect., and looks good too. I put it on by left hand screwing (but the weld must be cut 1st, Before pin removal). About other AK varients, Yes, it will work on MAK-90's too, even if the bayonet lug has been removed (As stated by another reviewer). I am currently awaiting for the Tapco muzzle break, Item# AKS-048 , which will let you put the pin back in after locking it down. I am sure it will work as well, and if so, I shall rate it a 5-bullet rating if it goes on as easy as this one did (AKS-510) > > > Anyway, it is all good at Cheaper_Than_Dirt and Tapco.
