Replaces your standard wood handguards (pistol grip sold seperately) with precision machined and hard anodized aluminum that has four mil-spec Picatinny rails for a variety of accessory mounting options. Fits rifles SAR 1, SAR 2, SAR 3, WASR 10, WASR 2, WASR 3 made in China (Norinco, Polytech), US Arsenal, Bulgaria, etc. Built for strength and stability providing a platform for enhanced optics. System comes with rubber rail covers that not only insulate from the heat build up from shooting but also gives you a no-stick comfortable grip while shooting.

Easy to install with easy to read instructions. Does not include vertical grip. Made in the USA.

very well built product, the smart design and provided shim allow this product to fit onto many variety of AK. I have no idea why I kept my wood furniture for such a long time. I love this product.

I was a little worried with the previous reviews when I ordered this. But like the review before me ordered early monday morning around 1 am 2 am and came early afternoon thursday standard shipping so fairly quick. Mine also came with instructions on how to remove the old wood one and install this one but if you have an AK chances are you tore it down the day you bought it for cleaning. Took about 10 minutes to install on my WASR 10 fits perfect and the barrel spacer worked perfect as well. The only problem I ran into is with the bottom halfs shims I used two shims to make sure it was very snug but the cleaning rod holes on the shims had to be filed a little bit bigger for it to slide into place. Overall great product the extra weight is definitely a plus and you notice immediately when you take it to the range better balance in my opinion. Also it's nice that it comes with covers for all four rails looks and feels great. Definitely recommend this product.

Ordered late sun nite (1-2 am) and came in on thur afternoon. And was put on that nite. Read other reviews that was to snug. But it looks & fit perfect on my MAC90! In about 15 min the old off and the new one on. Along with this I got the Hogue rubber grip & Mako recoil collapsible buttstock. They went on just as quick and smooth. Just a little adjustment to a set screw (w/sandpaper)on the buttstock. LOVE the LOOKS!! All my friends want to take it home with them when they see it. All of it rugged and strong. This is not the first buy nor will it be the last buy from CTD!! If this is close to what you want it is a must Buy. Would buy again in a sec..

Unlike other reviews, this did not fit my wasr 10 properly. Actually only the upper half gave me a problem. It would not fit in length wise on the tube assembly. Well it did, but it was extremely tight. So much so it wouldn't even meet with the bottom half. After a sanding the upper down a little on one end it fit enough to meet with the bottom, but it still is very tight. Also it is very difficult to get it level with the top being so tight since it can't go completely down. The bottom fits fine with no shims though. I put it on (still slightly crooked) and took it to the range. Believe it or not it actually helps with muzzle rise since it's a little on the heavy side. Overall I was happy with it's construction- just need to get a new grinding stone to get it to be able to get on freely like the bottom half.
