Replacement foregrip for the AK-47 rifle with Picantinny top and bottom MIL-STD 1913 rails and dual accessory side mounts for lights or lasers, ventilated for cooling and high impact resin for durability, easy to install without tools. Specifically designed and manufactured to provide a rigid ultra-light platform on which to mount virtually any mission specific accessory.

The Upper piece is 4 3/8" long, the lower piece is 6 1/2" long and both are 1 11/16" wide. Side rails each measure 2.5" long. Total unit weight is 6.4 ounces.

Perfect fit AFTER install, but upper handguard is a pain to install. I had to manually file down the foremost piece that retains the factory wood. The MAKO system was about a 1/10 inch longer. Bottom piece is extremely easy. 2 minutes and that section is ready to go

UPDATE!!! After over 1,000 rounds and cooking the barrel multiple time by bump firing with the 76 round drum and 30 round mags, this product would not melt, move, shift, creak, crack, smoke, or otherwise lose zero of my mounted red laser sight. If you are looking for that one review on how this product can take a beating, you found it! If weight and modular mounting options are important to you, here is your new handguard! The Israeli's hit a home run with this one!

I bought this to have some mounting options for my Centruy Arms WASR-10. Before I begin, it's important to state that I am fairly inexperienced with disassembling rifles. That being said, I was able to install this, but not without the headache the other reviewers have stated. If I had been prepared the process may have taken me 30 mins to an hour. But I wasnt. To install this I needed a dremel tool and a cresent wrench. You will have to shave off a considerable amount of the upper rail system to get it to fit on the gas tube. Just have your dremel ready and youll be good to go. I can say it looks amazing on and I'm happy with the results but just can't rate it higher than 3 because of the amount of labor involved in something advertised as "No tools needed."

Only give this a 4, much like the rest, put a lot of time in to make this fit properly. Forget the aluminum stuff! These are worth the extra work & fitting!
