Patterned after the original Bulgarian fixed stock for the AK, this stock allows you to retain the original look of your AK while adding a compliance part. The stock comes complete with a metal buttplate and a sling swivel on the side. Manufactured by TAPCO in the U.S.A. and constructed of military grade composite. Fits stamped receivers only. Length of pull is 13", weight 12 ounces. Three colors to choose from:

Received my order in 3 days. Buttstock looks great and fits tight, with absolutely zero wobble. I would recommend this to anyone. Original stock will need some banging to get off. Remove the top cover and buffer spring, take out both screws and the screw on the bottom (probably have to remove pistol grip to get to bottom screw), take a screwdriver and hammer the old stock off and slide this one in. It comes with a drill bit and the rest is common sense.

FIT MY AK-47 WASR-10 EASILY AND LOOKS GREAT. EASY TO INSTALL AND STURDY EVEN AFTER PUTTING 100 ROUNDS THROUGH IT.

I received the stock within a week. It has sturdy construction and good QC. It requires drilling for the tang. That's okay, though, because they supply bit and screws. I used the original screw for the hole closest to receiver and the supplied screw for the hole closest to the butt. The screws supplied seemed a tad short for secure lock up. However, it makes sense, because the buttstock is hollow and this accounts for the short screw. Otherwise you would just be screwing into hollow space. Mine didnt need any fitting, it slid right in. I didn't like that there was no hole for the cleaning kit in the butt; thats a small downside. I definitely recommend this stock.

I got this stock to match my hand guard while keeping the original integrity of the AK; it fit my stamped AK without any fight. Looks great & it helped to lighten the over all weight of the rifle. But this stock does not have the storage unit to house the cleaning kit. Other than that I found no problems with this stock.

very ez to install took me 10 mins total and about 15 mins to remove old wooden ak stock the fit is precise w no wobble. just take your time ,dont get in a hurry , work slowly and follow instructions. i used a vise and 2 wood blocks to remove old stock without scratching it up , just put the stock in the vise w wood bocks on either side and wiggle gun from side to side to remove .. new stock looks great on my rifle
