The polycarbonate lens will not scratch and provides protection against debris from discharged powder, brass particles, and particles from spent shells or cartridges. The Radians Buckshot II glasses have a sleek bayonet sport temples with a rubber non slip head grips. The seven base lenses come standard with a hard coating. Smoke lenses are most effective in bright sunlight. Smoke colored lenses block glare, so they are perfect for outdoor shooting at the range or in the field on a bright, sunny day.

So, I ordered these for driving shades, tactical glasses and other hazardous activities. They fit well, they are very large, which is good because it covers your whole eye-well. They do give you a little line on your nose after wearing them for over 5 min, but its no problem. I've had debris fly up and hit me, and they just bounced right off. The smoke is easy to see through but still gives enough protection from the sun and etc. They are very sturdy, I've dropped and stepped on them a few times and they are still unscathed. And plus, for the price? Who can complain! I'm ordering a pair of clear lens for my "night" work......
