I could only give this item 1 bullet. The price for these magazines is great, but it all goes back to "you get what you pay for." These magazines feel cheap and look like it as well. Their outside texture is rough and unrefined. The magazine does not drop free from my Gen 3 Glock 17. It has to be manually extracted from the firearm. Also, both of the two magazines I bought had feeding issues. Upon contacting ProMag, I found their customer service to be lacking at best. I had asked to have my magazines replaced and they absolutely refused. In fact, they wanted me to spend more money shipping these to them and also pay for the return shipping back to me as well. I have found these magazines and their company to be unreliable and unprofessional.
