The ProMag Mini 14 and Mini Thirty Arachangel Sparta Pistol Grip Conversion Stock is what you need for your rifle. This stock is made of a carbon fiber reinforced polymer construction. It comes with a full length aluminum rail. The stock has a seven position adjustable cheek riser, as well as a four position collapsible stock. This stock comes in black.

I read all about it and was looking forward to upgrading my Mini-14. The stock arrived and I stripped my gun to drop into the new stock. The directions state that the side tangs on the rear stock have to be modified to fit - more like cutting them off. I didn't want to damage the gun, so I sent it back. A little disappointing, but the folks at CTD hooked me up. The stock was well made and the top rail was all metal, which would give the whole thing strength. Oh, well.

I like the looks of the stock, but I wish they would give a little more info on which Ranch Rifles it will fit. Seeing as how mine is an older model, it will not work b/c my spent brass does not discharge from the side.
