Reviewer: Unhappy camper
I bought this product for my daughter that recently moved away. I want a safe, reliable way for her to store her pistol that would allow quick access if needed. I found it to be very unreliable. The directions are useless. I refer to step #3, but the steps prior aren't numbered. To delete prior prints, it refers to a start button, but I still don't have a clue which button the "start" button is. I then went to YouTube for help, only to find this model and brand being referred to as "crap." At this point, I agree. I found it to open maybe three times correctly, but then it wouldn't unlock for the next 25 times. It became frustrating and I gave up and deemed it useless in the heat of the moment.
