Escape headlamps feature three high-intensity LEDs for maximum brightness and long distances (up to 45 lumens and 40 meters) and one Soft-Sunlight LED for up-close lighting. The Soft-Sunlight LED is helpful when examining leaves, bark and grass at close distances for a blood trail, because it reduces glare and shadows. Also perfect for reading books and maps.
