Light transmission is not very good, which makes it not so good for low light, but I guess that is what lasers are for. The biggest problem I have is the parallax. From the middle up or to the right, there is very little, but down or to the left it is bad; probably as much as 10-12 inches at 100 yards. Keep the dot centered in the middle of the sight and it should work OK.
