They call this "The Rock" for a very good reason, once you set it up, 3 pointed steel feet grip the bench and don't allow it to move. Several years ago I made a $25.00 mistake by buying the light weight plastic model which moved when I fired the gun, so it's now gathering dust in my garage. My advice, spend the extra few bucks and buy "The Rock" rather than the $39.95 plastic model.
