This emergency weather-alert radio stores up to 10 different weather- and all-hazards alerts and displays them in your language of choice: Spanish, English or French. All-hazard alerts include: Amber alerts, local area emergency, fire alert messages and more. Unit receives seven National Oceanic and Atmospheric Association (NOAA) and Environment Canada Weather channels and emergency alerts with color-coded alert indicators. Features Specific Area Message Encoding (SAME) that can be programmed to receive only bad weather and emergency alerts that occur in up to 25 specific counties. Three selectable warning systems: siren alarm, flashing LED or voice alert. Features the time, date and an alarm clock with snooze. Public-alert certified. Operates on three AA batteries (not included) or 12-volt DC power source (included).
